I am a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I am qualified to train anyone or everyone to achieve general fitness and a healthy lifestyle. However, I chose to become A Weight Gain Coach because that’s where my fitness journey began.

There was a point in my life where I lost over 10 kg’s weight drastically which led to health issues such as fatigue, exhaustion, feeling tired, hair & skin issues and lack of confidence. It was all so mentally and physically draining and that’s when I took action to fight through it all and achieve better health for myself. This journey has been life changing for me not just physically but mentally as well. It brought a structure and discipline that allowed me to gain and maintain this healthy lifestyle, challenged me to push my limits and evolve myself.

Here are some frequently asked questions that you may also need answers to:

How much weight can I gain via these programs?

How much one can gain in a certain time frame varies from person to person as this depends on multiple factors such as consistency, how much you challenge yourself, how quickly you are able to increase appetite, how your body responds to the whole process etc. Realistically, one can gain 2-3kgs in 4 weeks so that can be a goal one can set for themselves.

How many kgs dumbbells should I buy?

If you are an absolute beginner then it is advisable to invest in a range of dumbbells from 1 to 5 kgs. You can buy these from here If you have been training for a while then please invest in a minimum of  2-3 heavier pairs of dumbbells over what you are currently lifting.

Is it necessary to buy a protein supplement?

It is not necessary however, it is highly recommended as in the process of muscle building the demand for protein increases which means we will primarily eat protein food sources to reach closer to our protein intake and secondarily use a protein supplement to bridge the protein gap that we miss from our food.

Does the program include live sessions?

No live sessions are provided. Each program comes with detailed workout pdfs explaining form and technique of every single exercise, together with short video clips of each exercise for visual demonstration.

How do I know if I am doing the exercises correctly?

This is where whatsapp support comes in handy as you are welcome to share video clips of you doing exercises for form corrections. This can be for all exercises or just for the ones you feel you need help with. Tip here is to train in front of a mirror to guide yourself during the learning phase.

Is the food plan customised as per my dietary requirements?

Food plan is customised for vegetarians, non-vegetarians, vegans as well as for those with specific food allergies etc.

I have some health issues and major food restrictions, can I still join the program?
