This program is designed for those who have succesfully completed the “The Fit Collective’ program or who have been weightlifting for 2-3 months already and understand the process. This porgram challenges you on the next level and is suited for intermediates who want to challenge more and gain more.

This program targets the full body with an equal emphasis on each muscle group for an overall growth.

What you will be receiving in the program:

1. You will receive 2 sets of workout plans and each has to be followed for 4 weeks targeting on increasing muscle mass.

Training split for each set (5 days a week):

2. Each workout set comes with a detailed pdf explaining forms and techniques of each exercise together with a short video clip for each exercise for visual demonstration.

3. One food plan (7 days or a week) customised as per your dietary requirements, calories and macronutrients requirements. The same food plan is to be followed for the whole program. It may take you 3-4 weeks to reach the given surplus calories and after that you stay consistent with the calories intake.

4. Monday to Friday whatsapp support for the duration of the program. This is where you ask your doubts, questions as well as share your progress reports.

Requirements of the program:

1. This is a dumbbells only program which means you must invest in a range of dumbbells if choosing to train at home or can join a gym to access the dumbbells there. Check out here to buy dumbbells

Joining process:

2. We will reach out to you within 24-48 hours via whatsapp and share a consultation form to fill.

3. We will then organise a 15 minutes audio consultation call.

4. We will take a week to customise the food plan and share the porgram via email.

5. We start within 1-3 days of you receiving the program.
